Concacaf renewed Gold Cup rights with Fox and added the Nations League to its package

June 26 – Fox Sports holds rights to the 2026 World Cup in the US. What they don’t have yet is 2030, but their latest deal with Concacaf keeps them firmly in the big arena of national team football.

Fox has renewed its rights agreement with Concacaf for the next two editions of the Gold Cup and added the Nations League for the first time. This deal extension makes Fox Sports the host of the US English-language Gold Cup and gives it Nations League rights through 2029, covering the next two Gold Cups, the 2026-27 and 2028-29 Nations League cycles, and the Nations League Finals.

Fox’s men’s World Cup rights will expire after this summer’s tournament, and the 2030 editions in South America, Morocco, Portugal and Spain will be contested in the US, with NBC and ESPN circling it. Deepening ties with Concacaf now keeps Fox involved in the competition in North America, and signals that it has no intention of leaving the world’s biggest event.

The Concacaf calendar provides a lot to work on. The fifth Nations League will kick off this September, with the final at SoFi Stadium in March 2027, before 16 nations battle it out for the 19th Gold Cup that summer.

Concacaf President Victor Montagliani said: “This expanded partnership reflects our strategy to increase the visibility and accessibility of our premier men’s senior national team competition, making it easier for fans to follow the region’s biggest teams, rivalries and moments. FOX Sports has been a fantastic partner… we are excited to expand our relationship to include the Concacaf Nations League as the competition continues to grow in relevance and impact across the region.”

Fox Sports CEO Eric Shanks pointed to Gold Cup records continuing to be set when last year’s final attracted 3.73 million US viewers, peaking at 5.2 million, despite there being no USMNT in the final.

The Concacaf Nations League has quickly established itself as an important part of the men’s national team calendar and serves as a Gold Cup qualifier. Teams play in three leagues, culminating in the Concacaf Nations League Finals for League A, as well as the championships for Leagues B and C.

“Expanding our long-standing partnership with Concacaf and expanding it to include the thrilling Nations League competition further solidifies FOX Sports as America’s home for the world’s top international soccer tournament,” said FOX Sports CEO and Executive Producer Eric Shanks.

“We are proud to continue our relationship with Concacaf and look forward to capitalizing on the incredible record turnout and viewership we have achieved at previous Gold Cup tournaments with the aim of elevating our inaugural Nations League presentation to an even higher level next year.”

No value was given for the purchase of the rights but the message is clear. Fox is staying with the national soccer team and positioning itself well for the 2030 World Cup rights.

PakarPBN

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.

In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
