Why Christian Norgaard may not be a solution needed by the shooter

Arsenal are interested in signing Christian Norgaard from Brentford. The Gunners, who have not yet signed the striker in the current transfer window, have now ensured the signing of two defensive midfielders, Martin Zubimendi from Spain to others.

Can Arsenal buy another defensive midfielder?

Christian Norgaard offers depth, but raises greater questions

Denmark midfielder can be used as an army player, with people like Zubimendi and Rice more often.

It will be interesting to see whether Mikel Arteta decided to play with 4-2-3-1 with double pivot or go with 4-3-3 with Zubimendi as a single defensive midfielder and Rice as No. 8.

Rice enjoyed walking forward quite often and quite proficient as a more aggressive player as well.

Playing with Dual Pivot Zubimendi and Norgaard will make them very strong.

However, the puzzles are that they may not adopt a defensive approach to lower parties. Therefore, giving Norgaard the opportunity to play against a weaker team will only be possible if he plays as one -only No. 6 and Zubimendi were given a break.

It is a permutation and combination that Gunners must consider next season.

Playing Rice in a more attacking position will help them, but it might make them vulnerable to defensive.

In addition, not yet signed a striker is a decision that continues to confuse many of their supporters.

Arteta has not won the trophy in six years now, and the inability to do it once again next season will not help his goal as the manager of the Gunners’.
