Spacex kicked into a high dental rocket and fire test for Starship Flight 10

After losing the rocket on the top of the spaceship ship for an explosion in June, Spacex tested another ship at the launch runway at Boca Chica, Texas, previously today. The June explosion destroyed the special land testing facility for the upper phase of ships and caused delays in testing because Spacex built a special bearing to test ships at the launch foundation. This stand sees the second test today after Spacex fired one machine in the top yesterday to simulate the ignition of the raptor in the room.

SpaceX takes speed with the Starship Flight 10 test campaign

Records from local media show that Spacex lit a stage rocket over space ships in the afternoon at the launch runway. The test lasted for about six seconds, and seemed to test all six Starship machines. SpaceX has tested a single raptor machine yesterday as part of the test to simulate the ignition of the raptor in the room for Starship Flight 10.

Today’s test comes one and a half months after SpaceX loses the top stage and the land testing facility due to an explosion. This explosion occurred during propellant loading for static fire tests, which will be similar to one space carried out today. The rocket tested today is the second generation of space ships, and Spacex must push it to the maximum tolerance at Starship Flight 10.

After flight 10, Starship Flight 11 must be the last test where the company depends on the ship’s upper stage. This design iteration has been proven to be more troublesome than its predecessor, with several failed tests and one flight that is partly successful under his belt so far. The rocket flew three times in 2025, and the last test was the first to make him successfully enter the designated flight track.

With flight 10, Spacex is likely to test new hot tiles, hardware to catch ships on a launch foundation and satellite expenditure capability. The success of the test will be very important to move forward with the aim of developing the main space ship, such as capturing ships with tower launch and refueling propellan in the room. Both are very important for fast reuse of starship, low launch costs and flights to the moon for the Artemis NASA program.

Spacex will be eager to fly flights 10 as soon as possible, given that more than two months have passed since flight 9. With a provision that there is no significant anomaly in the mission, the company must quickly test ships and boosters for flights 11 because the cycle through the second generation rocket inventory and move towards third generation vehicles for Starship test flights in the future.
