Tee Ball || Baseball Dudes LLC

One of my favorite drills/games for players to play. It’s always funny to hear the groans and comments from newbies. It’s interesting to hear kids say “tees are for little kids!” Ha ha! But when we explained how the game works, their eyes lit up!!

I know some out there have their own version, but here’s how we do it:
• Depending on the number of players, divide them into 2, 3 or even 4 teams.
• Every inning or team rotation, players must move to different positions.
• Each game starts with the pitcher. The pitcher makes sure everyone is ready, makes the delivery by throwing an imaginary pitch (the ball is on the tee at home plate) and the batter tracks it and swings to hit the ball. **It’s important not to let the hitter hit until this happens. Ever seen kids hit the ball when the defense isn’t ready. Safety comes first!
• Play directly from there.
• Play the situation straight up or force it.
• We do not steal unless it is a hit and run with the hitter trying to hit the ball to the right side.
• Hitters practice proper tee placement based on where they want to hit it (have the coach at home plate ask what the goal is).
• Baserunners always try to get good primary and secondary leads, aggressive spin, think twice outside the box on balls to the outfield, go first, third, or second to home.
• Pitcher works on PFP and reserves.
• For older players, have the pitcher do a pick off motion (without the baseball of course) which will give the runner practice in reading the pitcher.
• Etc. Etc.

Kids love it! It’s fast-paced and you can cover a lot of ground in an hour. Have fun out there!

Gaming Hub

A gaming hub can refer to a central platform or space dedicated to gaming, where players can access games, interact with other gamers, and enjoy related content. Here are a few different kinds of gaming hubs you might be referring to:

Physical Gaming Hubs:

Gaming Cafés: Physical locations where players can rent time on high-end gaming PCs or consoles to play popular multiplayer or single-player games.
Esports Arenas: Specialized venues for competitive gaming tournaments where players or teams face off in games like League of Legends, CS
, or Fortnite.
Digital Gaming Hubs:

Steam, Epic Games Store, or GOG: Digital storefronts where you can purchase and play games, join online communities, and access updates and patches.
Game Launchers: Platforms like Steam, Blizzard’s Battle.net, and Xbox Game Pass often act as hubs where gamers can access multiple titles and keep track of their library.
Cloud Gaming Platforms: Services like NVIDIA GeForce Now or Xbox Cloud Gaming that allow players to stream games on various devices without needing high-end hardware.
Social/Community Gaming Hubs:

Discord Servers: Dedicated communities for games where players can chat, share tips, and find others to play with.
Reddit Communities: Subreddits dedicated to specific games or gaming news.
Gaming Consoles as Hubs:

Systems like the PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch act as central hubs for playing games, interacting with friends, and even streaming content like Netflix or Twitch.
If you meant something specific by “gaming hub,” let me know and I can elaborate further!
