The Dynasty Warriors franchise recently celebrated its 27th anniversary anniversary, and I have to say, Dynasty Warriors: Origins showcases the series like never before, delivering the most intense combat of any game in DW history. Don’t believe me? It’s time to put my words to the test because I’m here to announce that the Dynasty Warriors: Origins Demo will be released on November 22nd!
In the demo, you will be able to play the Battle of Sishui Gate, the same battle as the Tokyo Game Show demo. However, we’ve enhanced the experience with additional elements not included at Tokyo Game Show, providing more substantial and challenging combat. Plus, there’s no time limit this time, so please enjoy it to your heart’s content!
Throughout the demo, players can choose from four weapon types: Sword, Guandao, Pudao, and Wheel; as well as having the option to customize art, gems and accessories. But don’t take this fight lightly because the strongest officer in the franchise, Lu Bu, will definitely make his presence known on the battlefield. Unlike the demo at the Tokyo Game Show, however, you will be able to choose the difficulty level, so whether you want to or not. Skilled in action games or not, we encourage you to give it a try.
We’re excited to finally give everyone the chance to experience the unique tactical action of Dynasty Warriors and we hope you enjoy the exciting battles against the massive armies we created!
Additionally, we’re excited to announce that Dynasty Warriors: Origins and its demo will be upgraded to PS5 Pro. Along with the demo release, pre-orders will also start on November 22. Pre-orders of the game will receive a bonus ‘Nameless Warrior Garb’ collaboration costume from the Dark Three Kingdoms action RPG, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. Don’t miss this opportunity!
For those unfamiliar with Dynasty Warriors: Origins, or for anyone who wants to see the latest and greatest, we’ve put together a video called ‘Gameplay Featurette’ where the producers introduce the game and show off some of the game’s intense combat. This video not only covers the action you can experience in the demo but also the story, exploration, and growth elements that will be available in the full game. Be sure to check it out!!
Dynasty Warriors: Origins releases on January 17. We eagerly await the day you can play the game in full, but until then, demo time!
